Related experiences
We both founded our hair salon, Studio Shanthaly, 23 years ago. During these years of entrepreneurship, we have gained and continue to gain a lot of experience on how to increase our business, motivate our employees to always perform at a high level, find marketing strategies to attract a loyal clientele as well as meet all the challenges that a business can bring.
We have a deep passion for raising the level of professionalism in our industry and have spent a great deal of time over the past 10 years educating ourselves. In addition to all the technical courses in hairdressing, we have been educated through web-based training, books for entrepreneurs as well as many conferences such as Masterclass on various topics related to entrepreneurship.
Over the past few years, in order to recruit new stylists, we have offered a presentation to students of some hairdressing colleges on professionalism. We have also presented our profession with all its myths and opportunities as well as the importance of making a living from our passion in over ten high schools (career choice courses). These experiences have been extremely positive and have given us passion and experience in teaching.
